Set out to ride 50K today and was doing well. Perfect weather, got lost a little, found new bike trail through the city. Then on the way back at about 30K…bam! Flat! Walked around the middle to the city to find a bike repair shop. Found one to get tire replaced. Waiting for it to be done. Will update if I ride the rest of the way home or just Uber it from here. #deflatedego #bike #cycling #fail

Aristotle Domingo is our first Million Minutes “challenger” to hit his target goal for adaptive sports equipment. The equipment order has been placed for an athletics (track & field) throwing chair for Aristotle to pursue his “field” of dreams. Athlete, mentor, media personality, advocate and actor, Aristotle approaches life with purpose. He trains as a para-triathlete and is also an avid sitting volleyball competitor and paragolfer. Founder of the Amputee Coalition of Toronto, he celebrates limb loss with positivity. Keep making activity minutes this summer Aristotle!
